Futura GTS Technical Support
Futura GTS provides prompt and courteous on-site technical support second to none.
Service calls for regular maintenance and new equipment installations will be planned for a future date, or usually same-day for emergency support issues. Note that for emergency service, additional fees will apply.
All regular clients qualify for phone support - we will try to resolve the problem over the phone to
limit down time and avoid unnecessary on-site service calls.

Remote Support
Remote support is available to fix certain issues. Please ensure that you have spoken to the technician before clicking below to initiate a connection.
Notes:
1. The remote connection to your computer will be permanently terminated once the support call is concluded. It cannot be reconnected by Futura - you must start another support call.
2. Charges Apply to remote support connections.
Instructions
PC - Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista
1. In Internet Explorer click on Run and then Run again when prompted by security warnings.
2. In FireFox download the program to your desktop and then double-click on it there to start remote support
Mac - Compatible with OS 10.2 and higher
1. Download the FuturaMacSupport program to your Desktop or for 10.5 and later users your Downloads folder
2. Double-click on the FuturaMacSupport program to open the program. screenshot
3. Enter www.futuragts.com in the "Listening Station:" box, enter the port 10005 in the "Port" box, and click the Connect button to begin. screenshot
